生命中的那一段&這一段

想到美國人 跳入你腦袋的是什麼??
個人主義,自喻為世界警察,比歐洲人不冷酷,自大無知,pizza,coke...

雖然早就知道許多美國人
是非常的以自家的土地為世界中心 以自家的文化為世界之首
但最近一次親身的領教到目中無人的美國佬
則是在收到來自系上的admission letter之後

信上有一段是這樣寫的
We are confident that you will agree, along with our current students
and alumni, that Stanford’s ICE program is the best in the world.

當我跟老姐說這句話時,老姐只說了:
Typical American!

哈!真是下了個再好也不過的註解
best in the USA= best in the world???
真是可愛的邏輯阿
